Ponoka Fish and Game Association (PFGA) Community Engagement March 23 - Agenda Morning:
9:00am - Doors open 10:00 – 12:00 - Parent and Child bird house building. PGFA has pre-cut kits for ready for assembly; these include Blue Bird, Duck (Common Golden Eye) and bat houses. 12:00 – 1:15 - Lunch provided by PFGA
Afternoon Speaker Series
1:15 – 1:30 - Introduction of PGFA executive and afternoon agenda. 1:30 – 2:30 - Kristi Anderson with the Pembina Institute will speak on and the impacts on water quality. 2:30 – 3:00 - Brianna Lovstrom with Nature Alberta, who will speak about lakeshore management. 3:00 – 3:15 - Coffee break 3:15 – 4:30 - Dr. Mike Sullivan or Dave Park (Sr. Biologist ESRD) to speak about fish and fish habitat.
Evening Social
6:30 - Pot luck dinner with card party to follow. |
